Scan a document

Plug in your scanner or multifunction printer. In most cases, you'll connect it to your Mac with a USB cable that attaches from the scanner's (or printer's) port to the back or side of your Mac. Alternatively, you can use a wireless-enabled printer or scanner through your local Wi-Fi connection. Get high-quality document copies fast with this Epson WorkForce all-in-one printer. It produces up to 15 ppm of black and white copy or 9 ppm of color copy, and it saves time and paper consumption with its automatic two-sided printing function. This Epson WorkForce all-in-one printer lets you print and scan remotely via its Wi-Fi connectivity. The printer features two-side printing and flatbed scanner allows you to scan and copy apart from printing functionality. It offers a speed of 32 pages per minute. The printer is compatible with envelopes, cards, letter, legal size paper other than standard A4 size.

1. Open Notes and select a note or create a new one.
2. Tap the Camera button , then tap Scan Documents .
3. Place your document in view of the camera.
4. If your device is in Auto mode, your document will automatically scan. If you need to manually capture a scan, tap the Shutter button or one of the Volume buttons. Then drag the corners to adjust the scan to fit the page, then tap Keep Scan.
5. Tap Save or add additional scans to the document.

Sign a document

1. Open Notes, then tap the document in the note.
2. Tap the Share button , then tap Markup .
3. Tap the Add button , then tap Signature and add a saved signature or create a new signature. Then you can adjust the size of the signature box and place it wherever you want on the document.
4. Tap Done.
